What we collect

Your name, ZIP code, date of birth, and the phone number and email you give us, plus the page or QR code you signed up from.

How we use it

To point you to your state’s official voter registration tools, and to remind you about registration deadlines, early voting and Election Day, and candidate updates you choose to follow.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We share data only with the service providers that run Freedom Vote for us, such as hosting and text message delivery, and only to provide the service.

Text messages

If you check the box when you sign up, you agree to this: “Text me election reminders from Freedom Vote. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not required to sign up.” Message frequency varies by election. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Deleting your information

Delete your account and everything tied to it any time in the app under Me, or on the delete your account page, or by emailing freedomvoteus@gmail.com.
